Last First Day
Read this slowly. Let the words arrive before you decide what they mean.
Monday. Last first day. That phrase is unpleasant. Hikari and I walked in together and everything looked completely ordinary, which somehow made it worse. Same corridors. Same desks. Same people. Teachers immediately began speaking about the final exam as though June is next Thursday. Marico met Hikari afterwards. Yuri met me later. Erick spent lunch complaining about something and for a moment I thought: I am going to miss this. Then somebody annoyed me and balance was restored.
Remember me, Eclipse.
Why?
Because every thought leaves a trace. If something moved you, disturbed you, softened you, or made you think, leave it here, quietly.
