Beer on Saturday. Simple. We went out after lunch, stayed longer than intended, talked, watched people, walked home slowly. The city was cold and clear. I bought bread on the way because adulthood follows you even when you are pleasantly tipsy. I carried beer, bread and happiness home in approximately equal quantities.
