My Website Is Too Serious

H. came over today and immediately insulted my website. LOL. Apparently, it needs “something cute.” I asked her what exactly qualifies as cute, and she suggested little animated things.

Absolutely not.
I have standards.

We went out with E. afterward and spent what felt like forever looking at clothes. E. has this irritating ability to walk into a shop, grab something without thinking about it, and somehow look perfect. Meanwhile, I have to inspect the seams, fabric, buttons, proportions, and whether or not something makes me look completely ridiculous before I’ll even consider trying it on. Apparently, this is exhausting for other people.

I prefer to call it quality control. We got something to eat afterward, and E. spent most of the time talking about whoever she likes this week.
I say “this week” because it changes constantly, and I’ve officially stopped learning their biographies until they survive the fourteen-day threshold.

H. asked about M.
I said nothing.
She did that face.
I hate that face.

Anyway, I’m home now. Mom is downstairs listening to The Beatles while doing something with sketches. I stole one of her pencils because hers are better than mine.
Don’t tell her.
